They also have some water in them, so if you live in a cold climate you will have to drain. Google them on the web. If I remember correctly, they do cost quite a bit of money. My solution was to put a hot water tap outside of the house. You then can bring the horse to the water. I never tie horses when bathing them, so the lack of a wash rack near the house is no biggy. We do not need to get into the safety aspects of cross ties. I personally don't like them, but lots of people use them. Wendy used to use them before almost loosing a finger.
