I suspect that by the end of the 3 day, your
battery was quite drained. That is fine and what is supposed to
happen.
No matter what some of these solar trickle charger
companies say, if you say left your trailer for a month in the sun without using
it you would overcharge the battery. Not enough to kill it quickly, but it
will shorten the life of the battery.
