Yes, website http://www.hoofarmor.com/  I applied the stuff 10-12 
times in 8 weeks and saw no difference in the hardness or toughness 
of my horse's hooves. The fella who recommended it and was using it 
said it worked on his horse. So, based on my 2 rat study your chances 
for success are 50 50. I have had very good success with boots for 
competition (50's) and totally barefoot for 6-10 mile training rides.
