[RC] Rheumatoid Arthritis - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Colleen McGraw colleenmcgraw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== Susan, do not despair. First: make sure you have a good rheumatologist who is up on all the latest drugs for RA. These new therapies have the potential to make you asymptomatic. Second: Riding is one of the best things there is for RA! I learned to ride when I was in my thirties because I wanted a way to enjoy the outdoors when my RA wouldn't let me ride bicycles the way I used to. I'm 56 now, and I still do things with my horses that my 100% healthy friends don't do. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
