If that is the case, I suggest she learn some reflexive exercises to help her horse regain muscle tone in that area and get a new saddle. This mare came to her that way as a green horse , hadn't been ridden enough to have that happen from a saddle . We do know the mares history , I will pass your email on to her and thank you for the input .My friend is just trying to trouble shoot before something does bother her mare .
