Do some research on grape fruit juice if you are taking any other drugs.
It can interact with many drugs (as they all go merrily metabolizing through 
your liver).

Also- You may want to research the following:
1) WobenzymeN  (german product )
2) Alpha-lipoic acid
3)  Pharmaceutical grade Magnesium/calcium powder
4) Masquieliers Pycnogenol
