Re: [RC] [RC] Getting YOURSELF ready for a 50.. - Dawn CarrieI must confess to not doing anything to prepare myself for 50s (or 100s) other than just riding to condition my horses. It works pretty well. I'm using the same muscles in conditioning that I'm using during the rides. I *am* about ready to start walking in an attempt to lose the 10 lbs I've gained back in the past year and a half. But that's not to make 50s less painful...just to help get rid of a few lbs.
