RE: [RC] [RC] Set program? - Ranelle RubinChelsea,Here is a loose schedule I try to keep depending on what my family life dictates: Sunday: lots of hills, LSD-long slow distance..out about 6-8 hours sometimes. I do some fast work on flats but only for short distances of maybe a mile or two at the most. Somewhere between 20-25 miles Wed: light workout..maybe 10 miles Friday: slightly more workout than Wed..maybe 15 miles..some hills, a bit of fast work. This schedule has worked well for me for years. The important thing for me has been to rest the horse two days after the hardest workout of the week. Hope this helps!
