Re: [RC] Another Horse Rig Accident - rides2far

It is very very common for folk to overcorrect when a skid, or sway
happens.
The result is a counter skid etc.

Did you notice he said the horses "shifted" and then later they said the
horses leaped out the back door? Sounds like they were loose in a stock
to me. Seems like having a couple off big Quarter Horses moving around
freely wouldn't be the best idea...dominent one takes a dive at the
other, both horses shift hard the same direction...

I've seen a couple of cases of not enough tow rig,
This past weekend I saw a 1 ton duelly 4 door long bed pulling a long car
trailer with a couple of show cars...a Corvette & a 1970 Chevelle SS
fully restored. We were on the freeway doing about 70 and suddenly that
trailer started fishtailing. I didn't notice till it started happening
but guessed that a semi had hit it with a gust of air. That guy got it
back in control but it was way too close for comfort. Big truck, but too
much trailer.
