I can't speak for everyone, but...for my Icelandic, the padded Zilco
breastcollar left him RAW.

Don't know if it was a reaction to the neoprene or the padding
rubbing. I'm thinking that it may have been a reaction, cuz...he was
raw up & down his chest. (??)

Anywho...I sent the padded Zilco back and exchanged it for a Zilco non
padded (narrow one) , I love it!  Huginn has had no problems with that
Zilco breastcollar. Raven
