I am thankful that the year is coming to an end and
look forward to the new year ahead with joy, peace,
and happiness!

for!  This year my daughter, Katie and her husband
Les, and I joined over 3,000 people this morning to
give back to the San Jose community.  We took part in
a 5K walk/run to benefit several community
organizations in the San Jose area.  

I thought it was the best way to launch into the
holidays and keep up my diet and exercise at the same
time.  The only thing missing...not one cop on horse
back in San Jose this morning!  :(
