Peggy,

My understanding is, like AAA, they contract out to local people, they just cover more and are more responsive to horse issues.? Also, unlike, AAA, if you know what is wrong or its easy to fix, like a main fuse or something, they will fix it on site, charging only for parts. Much easier on the horses.

After looking around to see if there was some way that I could stay overnight with the horses, the US Rider Representative said to me
"What would be the best solution for you" I said to be towed home. They towed my truck and trailer 160 miles to my doorstep and
didn't charge me a thing. I gave the driver extra because I couldn't imagine how hard a task it was to tow my truck, towing my trailer
with 3 horses on board that distance and then turn around and have to drive back. It was very cool!

The new computer was shipped to me next day, my truck was happy again and the horses and I were all fine for the experience.
