And if everyone rides the same trail, the competitors would know who was ahead and by about how much, allowing for better strategy and pacing. I do like the idea. It is true endurance for a horse and rider to go down the trail for a full 24 hours. I agree. Although it would probably be best to try the concept with 12 hours first. If such an event is tried, I'll sure want to be a part of it. If someone in Colorado is willing to stage such an event, I'll be happy to help with it.
