RE: [RC] Traction on wooden bridges? - David LeBlanc


It would be impossible/very frustrating to ride at this park getting on/off
at each bridge.  Like Jen said, there are at least 30, and some are pretty
close together.  It's a wonderful place to ride, great trails for
conditioning, very fun to go fast single-track among the knee-knockers J,
and to get your horse used to bridges, because believe me - he will be used
to bridges after a trail ride there.  Keep the ideas coming!

Make sure there's "bull rails" on the sides so that if a hoof does slip, it
won't go off.

I really don't know what would work on wood - grit in the paint does
wonderfully on concrete.
