The recent emergence of white hairs does strongly point in the direction of a saddle that no longer fits properly. For anyone who might experience the same symptoms, but only every once in a while, don't forget the possibility of your horse just not feeling great on any given day. As Chris said, they can be very stoic but even a horse can have a headache or digestive upset. If going 50 miles with a migraine or gas pains doesn't sound like fun, think how miserable our horses feel when we ask THEM to do that. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
