Re: [RC] Aluminum & Trailer Floors? - Sky RanchMy Dodge 3/4 ton truck was 10 years old, when we sold it, and the Rhino liner was perfect -- it did not look "brand new" because the dark green had faded a little bit (intense sun around here) but it was intact. No holes, cuts, nothing. And that truck had seen some hard miles with a lot of hauling using the bed. It's tough stuff! I think undercoating with it is a great idea. Yep. That's what Sundowner uses on their aluminum flooring (and then tops off with mats). In addition, they coat the underside of their FRP trailers with it for protection from oxidation. My trailer is 4 years old and the Rhino lining still looks brand new with absolutely no wear or holes in it.
