RE: [RC] Little boys and riding - David LeBlancKathy said: And if you can get these tights at someplace like Big 5 or a bike shop, you can call them bike tights and then they are more acceptable to the boys (:>) Even a pair of biker's arm or leg warmers could be under his Wranglers and protecting his inside knee/leg from rub marks. Here's one to put in your bag of tricks that we did out of necessity - a friend's kid went on her first LD with my wife, and her mom didn't outfit her with reasonable riding gear. The poor girl had a horrible rub at the vet check, so we got a couple rolls of vet wrap and wrapped the kid's legs under her pants. The last 15 miles were a lot less miserable for her. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
