Sheila, I bet many of us have had similar
experiences to yours. Remember this, you did your best, you passed
on your knowledge. You cannot control what the person does with your
info. Fortunately, not all folks are like this. Just keep plugging
away, most folks will get it. Bottom line, it is NOT your fault. And
if you hadn't passed on your knowledge, think what else horrible could have
