RE: [RC] Horrible accident - Why? - Becky Rohwer***Yes, competitors who tie to trailers probably lose more sleep with a restless horse, or one who rubs against the trailer but so what? Who gets really good rest in anticipation of a competition anyway? :-0*** No assault here. I personally have never tied my trusty dusty endurance horse to a trailer, but I did have a less experienced mare at a ride that I did tie at night even though she was in a metal corral that was also electric. I do like giving my horse the freedom to eat and drink unteathered, but could really see the advantages and less worry of tying to something solid at least during the night. I don't think it is a bad thing at all. Becky R. - Montana =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
