IMO it's pretty rude to second guess the OD organization without any knowledge of why they selected the starting time they did. Did you call and ask why? They have been at this a long time. They know the area and they have run a lot of rides. We should all be pulling for Irvin to have a speed recovery rather than playing "Monday morning quarterback" without any knowledge as to why the time was set.
