[RC] Congrat's to the NC 100 riders - Truman Prevatt

A big congratulations to all the finishers on the NC 100 and all the champions. A big congratulations to Joni the Junior champion who looks like she went through a couple of sponsors to get there. My condolences to the three that made it around only to get pulled at the finish.
