[RC] NC News - Alissa Cowan

I just got off the phone with Lisa Connor's crew, from the last vet check 9 miles out. She said she thought that John and Heraldic left the hold about 10 minutes in front of Stagg. It's muddy, the footing is not the best, and Lisa's horse is holding up fine. She's running about fourth or fifth right now. The last vet hold is about the only place on course one can get a cell signal - so we've had no news all day!
