RE: [RC] [RC] Freeform saddle, western style - Ranelle RubinJulie,I ride the Freeform SB and have a very wide bodied horse with a very short back. The FreeWest differs slightly, but the concept is the same. My horse's back has never been better. It took me a bit to get used to the saddle as you literally are sitting on the horse, instead of being perched above, so the "twist" is wider. I have never ridden the Bob Marshall, but April Battles can give you lots of feedback as she rides in both, primarily the BM though. I have ridden in the saddle about 75 training miles over the last month, and am doing a 50 in it on Saturday. I will be happy to email you feedback after the weekend and give you more info. April's # is 530-823-7321 and her email is Arabnracer@xxxxxxx I am CC-ing her this email so she can get in touch with you as well. Happy Trails!
