Aside from the obvious thought that what we do on our own premises is our
business so long as it is legal, I cannot believe the one provision of the
proposed policy that one would have to document every single time a horse leaves
the premises. I don't know anyone at all who could or would comply with that
kind of nonsense. I can see it now - - having to "sign out" at my OWN HOME to go
for a trail ride. Unreal. Kind of makes you wonder what's next.
