[RC] Eating on a ride - Ginger BillSometimes I ride my husbands gaited horse and I have become really sick. I don't think it matters if the horse is gaited or not. It has everything to do with your stomache and what it can or can't handle. I find if I keep my blood sugar in check, like most everyone, then I'm okay. Grapes from Brazil #4056 and beef jerky really help. Pedilite also helps if you can't help Gatorade. I mean it works on babies so it'll be fine on the sensitive stomache.
