Reminds me of my one and only encounter w/minis.  My daughter and I were 
just finishing up the  Parowan to Brian Head ride here in UT, the finish 
line was just past some box stalls housing the minis, they whinnied and my 
horse's eyes bugged out and he jumped and I knew his heart rate just hit the 
roof - He was a l/2 Arab/ l/2 Qtr. - 15h+, big bubba butt - and scared of a 
little ole thing wearing funny colored stretchy things on it's 
neck/shoulders!  Good thing we were just moseying on in!
