Re: [RC] trailer tires - John Teeteryes, load range G (made originally only by goodyear, but now by a number of manufacturers produce them. Just ask for load range G to shop around. It is certainly necessary for large lq trailers. Our previous sundowner (4hrs/12ft lq) came with load range E - it wasn't enough. After blowing 3 tires on the way back from outlaw trail (the third one was very close to Dean Jacksons lot in Sandy UT. - it was sunday afternoon, we limped in and I "borrowed" 3 spares off trailers on the lot (thanks AGAIN Dean!!!) - made it home, --- traded in that trailer for our current one (which came with brand new load range Gs) . The cost to trade was only 4x the price of just the new tires .... a deal:) At the time, only GY made the load level Gs and they were something like $320/tire. jt At 06:08 PM 9/22/2006, Dream Weaver wrote: I've got load range G tires from Goodyear. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
