I have an endurance horse with mild club foot. When we first started competing he was age 6 and we had off and on lameness. I finally found that a good ferrier was the answer. Someone who understands the condition and does not try to make both feet the same. Also more frequent trims to keep the foot balanced. I am happy to say my horse Mattison(Ahminn) is 21 with over 1500 endurance miles and still doing an occasional 50.
