Re: [RC] [RC] finally, an end to illegal fees - Dawn CarrieHUH??? Better check your facts. National Forests, National Parks, and National Wildlife Refuges, along with BLM lands, are ALL public lands. They are managed by four different federal agencies, but they are all public lands. Just because National Parks are more regulated and charge a fee to enter doesn't make them private land.
