[RC] cruppers, mentors - Kathleen A. CrothersI like the cruppers with a buckle in the middle of them as well as buckles on the tail piece. That way I can reach back and tighten or loosen the crupper without getting off. I find that if it is too loose that can cause my horse to react more than when it is too tight. Most horses I've used cruppers on didn't seem to mind them from the start. I love to mentor new riders if anyone around the Fayetteville, Goshen, Huntsville, AR area is interested in getting into endurance riding I'd love to get together with you. Have 10,000 miles and 20 yrs. of experience. Happy Trails, Kathy Crothers =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
