Re: [RC] Central Calif. Place To Ride - Barbara McCraryCould be Jack Brooks horse camp in Pescadero Creek County Park, San Mateo Co. or it could be in Olema. Part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Maybe Three Brooks, or some such name. Jack Brooks is said to be a wonderful place to camp and ride. Kitchen, showers, the works. You have to reserve in advance it's so popular. Some of the adjoining trails are part of the Swanton Pacific ride.Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lauren Horn" <4horn4@xxxxxxx> To: <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, September 06, 2006 9:30 PM Subject: [RC] Central Calif. Place To Ride I was riding with someone at the last ride and she mentioned a place, regional park I think, that was a great place to camp and ride trails with your horse. It had a "Brook" in the name I think. This place is some where along the central coast. Can anyone help me figure out what place she was talking about? =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
