Oleander has a tough, waxy leaf....but I think cutting most of it back to the ground....then hitting the new growth will
kill it, bush-strength Roundup.

Interesting....and I thought Roundup would kill just about anything, being the non-selective herbicide it is.

It is my understanding, Round up will not kill it. Kind of like that darn prickly pear cactus. Very hardy, and the only real way to get rid of it, is to dig it up.
