Yes..another trick used to get the horse passed by the DQP is to use a
short term numbing agent on the horse's legs. Legs are numb...horse
passes DQP, numbing wears off while in the show ring. Just shameful.

Ah...you have a "Windwalker" , I believe that there is a breed
association for this Xcross.  They are also called "Airawalker". Raven
