RE: [RC] WEG -- the USA team - John Teeteris it possible to get the rider/horse competition records of all of the horses who competed at the WEG this year? http://www.endurance.net/RideCamp/archives/past/06/34/msg00241.html speaks to the bloodlines, but also points to the website: <http://endurance.pedigree.free.fr/>http://endurance.pedigree.free.fr/ which has many of the competition records. A place to start. But you might contact USEF re: your thoughts on how this approach to competitive comparison might help shape the future of the program. Also, FEI (http://www.horsesport.org/E/e_03_01.html) has began recording results, mileage, and global standings. This information will be available to USEF as 2008 approaches and may be used to know the competition going in to the event. At these races, it is as much how to pace against the other competitors as it is how to pace to the trail. jt =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
