[RC] Hoof size - Lysane CreeI was wondering if there might be anything special to look for, when looking at a weanling, in terms of determining what their future hoof size might be like. An obvious thing might be to look at the mare's hooves, but what about when the stallion is not on the premises and you have no way of knowing what his hoof size is/was. Would a horse with good size feet as an adult tend to have hooves that look bigger in proportion to his skinny legs as a weanling...sort of like a puppy with big feet ?? Or can you not tell very much...
