Wrong. It is $200 for a USEF member or $300 for a
non-USEF member to file a protest. A charge or grievance may be filed without
cost.
It IS NO COST to refer a matter to a USEF steward on
site who is then obligated to investigate and if appropriate take
action.
Maybe you are thinking of the $100 protest fee for
AERC?
