Re: [RC] TWH....are then pinfired? - now Arabs whipped in stalls - Jo Ann KnightThat is why I don't show. Well don't have the money for all that either, but I wouldn't if I did. I never saw true whipping at the local show here, I did see intimidation with bags on whips. I was told about stall whipping but never heard or saw it. I just don't see the point of all that. My mare took 3rd. in most classic head. No need to jazz her all up and she stood quiet and took her spot! Though after the class, the man handling her for me did lay the whip on her side once when she got all excited. I could see a welt and I was not a very happy person. He appologized and felt real bad. But I still realized, this is not for me and definately NOT for my horse!
