[RC] Karen!!! Easyboot questions for you as I tinker - Kristi SchaafKaren, I'm in the middle of trying to fit/use Easyboots, Epics and Bares (only your cheery enthusiasm about them keeps me from instantly selling the Bares!) on my horses, and have run into a few issues that I haven't found answers to on your website. 1) one of my horses is ouchy on gravel, even through the Epics, so I'd like to add more protection. Do you suggest the flat wedge pads (hard plastic, I think) or the comfort pads? If the flat wedge pads, do you know where I can get them, since the easyboot site doesn't have a link to purchase them. I think I read that you are using the comfort pads. If so, do they stay in one piece? And how many times can you use them before they are smooshed? I'm asking, because I made some of my own out of EVA foam and by the end of a 10 mile ride they had bunched up and torn, causing more trouble than they were worth. 2) have you seen a horse get rubbed heels in the Epics/Bares if you take the heel strap off? I can't help but picture it like a shoe a bit too big on me (since the gaiter isn't snug against the horse's heels), with my heel sliding at every step. I'm a little chicken to just experiment to see if it rubs or not... Thanks!
