Re: [RC] Arabian bloodlines - K VoyerJohn, "My point - the bloodlines are really being developed now and it's not happening in the US - so a review of bloodlines for endurance by necessity needs to be look beyond the US boarders!" You're absolutely right. If you search the internet (ie google) you can have access to the Endurance goings'-on, in Europe, and around the world. Many of the google search page results will offer you translations for any given foreign language page. Granted it's a quick translation, and you may have to extrapolate the information at times. But they readily post their ride information, upcoming rides, post photographs of the winners, etc, just like Endurance Net. Take a look around at the endurance related web sites around the world. The UAE and Bahrain sites are all in English, so there's no translation needed there. There are indeed many successful Endurance breeders around the world. I have noted that their focus is not just on breeding, but they also include the performance testing of their resultant foals. This is the key to a truly successful Endurance breeding program, the utilization of your product to a successful conclusion. There is a great pedigree and competition search site at http://endurance.pedigree.free.fr/ where you can lookup pedigrees and breeds of horses. I found that most of the horses on the WEG teams are listed on this site, so take a look at their pedigrees - and compare their perfomances vs bloodlines, on 8/22.
