[RC] balky horse - Barb Peck

Since your horse was a very good boy for 2 years, and this has
really started "late" (after 2 seasons of riding and now he doesn't want to go 
forward even with a buddy) , 
and you seem to be an experienced rider -  I would have his eyes checked very 
throughly. 

If he'd started out this way ( by just being a difficult or willfull guy) then 
maybe you could say it's "old behaviour"
coming through for some reason.   But because this seems out of character- it 
might physical.
