[RC] Rider Drugs - Carolyn BurgessI haven't seen this mentioned yet about drugs for the rider is that there is such a thing as rebound. When you start taking pain relievers, you need to take more to get the same effect. Years ago, I would take ibuprofin after riding. Then I started to take it before riding as a preventative. I needed to take more and more to get the same pain relief. I now take NO medications for riding related aches and pains and I have alot less of them. A side effect of taking all of that ibuprofin for those years is a wrecked stomach. Be careful. Carolyn Burgess
