Hi  Stacy,
When I sold a farm about 5 years ago, I advertised in Trail Rider, Trail Blazer, Endurance News and the Foxtrotter Journal.
I received only TWO (2!) inquiries.  ONE bought.  Cost me about $200 to advertise for 2 or 3 months.
