Re: [RC] [RC] husbands and helmets(Karen) - Jennifer AdamI've tried Karen's suggestions already -1. no riding w/o helmet (no problem for him, I have to beg him to ride anyway) 2. life insurance (no way - creeps me out to talk about it. We have a policy - but I don't like to think about it or joke about it. Call me superstitious, but it seems like tempting the fates) 3. withhold sex (yeah, tried that - he threatened to get rid of my horses) Don't want anyone to think I'm complaining about him - he is a great guy who re-built my pasture fences 2 years ago because they were sagging so bad I said I was embarrassed for the vet and the farrier to see them. He also sold his motorcycle to buy me my first horse as a wedding present. I am so lucky to have him - just want to protect his head so I get to keep him for a long time!!
