Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

How come the competitors have to pay $15 to camp at Robie and everyone else (crew, spectators, trail riders, and anyone else that happens to be there) can camp for free?  Or are they going to have someone collecting money from people as they drive up the road like they did a few years ago?
