Re: [RC] Glowsticks - Jo Ann KnightAh yes how well I recall what steers and cows will eat! Way to go Barbara, don't know if your a "farm" girl, but this farm raised girl is glad to see someone point out that cow and he can't be used to refer to the same bovine! LOL No offense meant to anyone not putting anyone down or saying they are dumb or making fun of them. I know people have become accustomed to using cow" very generically and they can't be faulted for not knowing the true meaning of some words. And for those who don't know the difference between a bull and a steer, it is the same as between a stallion and a gelding. Bulls are to stallions what steers are go geldings. Jo Ann From: Barbara McCrary -Cows do eat ribbons.... a cow is always "she." If it were a male bovine, it would be either a bull or a steer. -------Original Message------- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
