Does anyone question the need for a crew while doing any other single =
loop 100 mile ride??

...well, Dave Rabe went to the ride without a crew. He was the 9th rider to cross the finish line (over time, but he finished). He told me that he thought the trail was adequately marked and thought that ride management did a good job all things considered. Hopefully he won't mind that I told anybody that. He said he would go back again (if he was upset about anything that happened, he's over it already).
