[RC] sad news from Elfin Forest - NancyDear Ridecamp, I hate to post bad news, but my husband was killed in a motorcycle accident last week. I wish I could somehow make it funny or last less horrid, but it is what it is, terrible. He was hit by a driver that crossed a double yellow line and turned into oncoming traffic. I was behind him by about 30 seconds and administered CPR until the paramedics arrived. He was sent by helicopter to Scripps La Jolla, but all the best medicine in the world could not but Jerry back together again. The celebration of life will be on Saturday and it will be a big party. Only fitting as Jerry loved to have fun and hated anything too serious. Time to feed my horses, get ready for more guests, make picture boards and a thousand other things.
