[RC] Anyone out there know about EPSM - Mary Krauss

We haven't yet done a muscle biopsy, but EPSM is looking to be a likely diagnosis of my gelding's many mysterious behaviors. Anyone out there have particular advice other than oil in the feed, vitamins w/selenium, soft exercise, and 24 hour turnout???
