[RC] Waterproof/stormproof tents, travel advice - Soli Sorokin

Anyone have recommendations for a one-man tent, lightweight, storm
proof tent to be used for long-term (week to month long) backcountry
riding/camping? I've looked over the Long Rider's Guild website but
haven't found many options there. Should be lightweight, waterproof,
and able to be set up by one person with a minimum (to none) extra
equipment...and most importantly, shouldn't blow away at the first
wind gust. (Or the third)

Also would like recommendations on sleeping material/sleeping bags.
Weather not expected to drop below 30F but lightweight and packable
are essential. Person does not have much "natural" insulation ;)

Also, for those of you who have completed extensive horseback travels
over weeks or months, do you recommend a pack horse or not, for a
single rider? I see pros and cons of a pack horse, have yet to decide.
