or the head of the vet check if the RM is not around.
If the RM can not be the AERC rider's liaison/representative and "handle"
conflicts, real or perceived, with the FEI functionaries, as I previously
recommended, an AERC Steward needs to be present...at least for the present
time, until perceptions and problems flatline.
Cost and inconvenience are a small price to pay to integrate the "two
worlds..perceived or real.
